The Promise, in One Paragraph
When Brock Garage Door Repair completes a job at your home, that work is covered for a full 365 days. If any repair we performed fails within that window, we come back and make it right at no charge. No fees, no forms, no argument. The price is confirmed in writing before any work starts, and the guarantee is confirmed in writing before we leave. Both documents are yours to keep. That is The Garrison Standard, and it applies to every job we do.
What’s Covered
- The workmanship on every repair we performed. If something we fixed stops working correctly within 365 days of the service date, that repair is covered.
- Parts we supplied and installed. Any component Brock sourced and put on your door or opener is covered alongside the labor for the full 365-day window.
- A return visit at no charge. Getting a technician back to your home is not a fee item – it is built into every job from day one.
- A complete re-do when a repair doesn’t hold. We don’t patch a patch. If the fix didn’t take, we assess what actually needs to be done and we do it correctly.
- A clean site when we leave. This applies to the original visit and any return visit – old parts, packaging, and debris leave with the technician.
- The written record. We keep the job on file. You don’t need to dig up a receipt to use this promise.
What Isn’t Covered
We’d rather you hear these up front than discover them later. These exclusions are the ones any fair-minded person would expect.
- Damage from events after our visit. Storm damage, a vehicle backing into the door, a power surge – anything that happens to the door after we leave is outside what our workmanship covers. Call us anyway; we’ll come assess it.
- Work performed by someone else. If another company or a family member works on the same component after we did, we can’t stand behind the combined result.
- Parts the customer supplied. We’re responsible for the parts we source and install. A component you brought to us is outside that commitment, though we’ll tell you honestly if we see a problem with it.
- Normal wear on equipment we didn’t install or repair. A spring we didn’t touch, an opener we didn’t service – those parts age on their own timeline, and that’s separate from what we guaranteed.
- Problems you chose not to have fixed when we flagged them. During a job, a tech sometimes spots a second issue and points it out. If you decided to hold off, that item isn’t covered by the guarantee on the first repair. We’ll still come look if it becomes a problem later.
- Consumables. Batteries, lubricant, and similar items that naturally deplete over time are not workmanship items.
How to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (254) 602-5116 or book online
A live person answers every call, around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Tell us you need a return visit under the 365-Day Done Right Promise and we’ll pull up your job right then.
Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when it was done
We have every job on file, so we don’t need you to hunt for paperwork. A general sense of when we were there and what we worked on is enough for us to locate the record.
Step 3: We schedule the return visit
We’ll give you an arrival window the same way we did on the original job – a specific time range, not a vague “sometime that day.” There is no fee to schedule, no form to fill out, and no approval process to wait on.
Step 4: We make it right
The returning technician reviews what was done, identifies what failed, and corrects it fully. You don’t owe anything for the visit, the labor, or the parts required to complete the re-do.
Timing
The 365-day window runs from the date of your original service appointment. That date is on the written job record we keep on file.
If something comes up just after the 365 days have passed, call us. We’re not in the business of citing the fine print when the gap is small. We’ll come look, assess what’s happening, and talk to you plainly about what it will take to fix it. We won’t pretend the promise applies when it doesn’t, but we also won’t use a calendar to avoid doing the right thing.
Brock Garage Door Repair is an independently owned and operated location within the Garrison Partners network. Every location in that network honors this promise on the same terms – no location gets a carve-out, and no location waters it down.
